Leadership Development

Founded in 2008, Pathwise takes leaders beyond traditional leadership development programs, teaching members to practice conscious leadership. By cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves, their peers and colleagues, Pathwise gives members the ability to skillfully navigate the complexity of organizational dynamics – even while under significant pressure.
The Pathwise Program is designed around the time honored principles of Socratic learning: harnessing the power of dialectic questioning and discussion to discover deeper truth. Our program educates business leaders in classical philosophical and psychological tenets that are regrettably absent from today’s business school curriculum. These Ph.D. level courses provide members with a thorough foundation in the core principles of neuroscience, analytical psychology, and leadership philosophy and teach participants how to use this knowledge to lead teams, solve problems and manage the underlying human motivations and interpersonal exchanges that are at the heart of every organization and relationship.
